We are looking to hire .Net Developers, Architects to work for us onsite in the US.
Developers with more than 3 years of relevant work experience and Architects with more than 5 Years of relevant experience are required.
We develop applications for investment banks, money managers and other large financial institutions.

Required skills For .Net Developers:

Asp.Net C#/Vb.Net
Win forms / Web forms
Experience with any third party tools like Flex grid or Infragistics will
be a huge plus.
Any RDBMS with hands on experience writing queries and stored procedures.
Understanding of Fixed Income or Equities will be a huge plus
Good Communication (written and oral)
Should be able to quickly adapt to varied environments
Should be able to interact with clients


Required Skills For .Net Architects:

Ability to analyze business requirements and come up with technical solutions,
Enterprise architecture, software development and systems integration.
Good exposure in .Net, experience in Application designing, Component Integration architecture.
Ability to apply current n-tier and web development technologies to solve business problems.
Excellent understanding of software engineering methodologies and techniques for all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Ability to recommend industry standard development methodologies and frameworks to be used for the Project
Provide/review the overall design and structure of the application.
Should be able to ensure that the application design is adequately documented
Understanding the Business Requirements and identify the technology solutions available
Coding experience of Asp.Net and c# is required
knowledge of third party tools like infragistics will be a huge plus
Ability to design databases like SQL 2000 and SQL 2005 will be huge plus
